Emmy Award winning CD Clayton James is one the country’s leading creative minds in luxury and leisure branding. He also has unique creative leadership experience working with high-end, internationally recognized brands, like MGM Resorts International and the Royal Bank of Canada attracting ultra-high net worth customers. In 2009, Clayton launched City Center, Las Vegas, the largest commercial development in U.S. history, featuring the world-class Aria, Vdara, and Mandarin Oriental hotels and casinos, as well as the Crystals Shopping Center. 

While working at SK+G Global, Clayton helped launch one of the most comprehensive and leading-edge casino and hospitality loyalty programs in the world with MGM’s M-Life. In 2003, he led the from-scratch branding effort for what are now the world-renowned Montage Hotels & Resorts.

Clayton was also instrumental in creating new workflow systems and onboarding of large clients for SK+G in the early years of its development. At SK+G, he led his creative team to produce numerous award-winning work for Galaxy Macau, Palms Casino Resort, MGM Grand, Borgata, The Water Club and many more.

Today, Clayton leads the creative team at OH Partners, in association with Dr. Daniel Langer to optimize and elevate premium brands around the globe.
